Where do you go when you are struggling or having a bad day?

What do you do?

What do you believe about God when you are having a bad day or week?
Repeat these truths out loud: 
God is good even when people are not. 
God is good even when things seem hopeless. 
God is good and can be trusted when I feel suspicious of everyone and everything around me.

KNOW GOD's WORD

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. James 1:22

For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover him with favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12 ESV

The Lord is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has made. Psalm 145:9

For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations. Psalm 100:5

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly. Psalms 84:11

And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, "This is the way, walk in it," when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left. Isaiah 30:21

Repeat this out loud:

I am a daughter of the King of Kings

I am loved and lovable because God says so

I will be all God calls me to be by the power of God within me

I am favored

I am chosen

I have a role to play, and it's the leading role being directed by God

Today I choose TRUTH over lies

What can I do today to understand who I am in Christ?

What can I do tomorrow to understand who I am in Christ?
